Blended breakfast

Simply shove the following into a blender

  • 1 apple/pear cored
  • large mug of porridge
  • 2 banannas
  • a handful of stoned dates
  • glug of maple syrup
  • ½-1 pt milk

    Actually used this one, pretty good, not best I have ever had though but I will have again!
